1. Shipping Coverage

We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan. Whether you are in a major metropolitan city like Karachi, Lahore, or Islamabad, or in more remote areas, Owleyes delivers to your doorstep.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Major Cities: 2 to 4 business days.

• Other Cities & Rural Areas: 5 to 7 business days.

• Please note: Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of Rs. 250 applies to all orders nationwide.

• Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders above Rs. 5,000.

4. Order Processing & Tracking

Once you place an order, our team performs a final quality check on your watch before securely packaging it. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an SMS and Email notification containing a unique tracking number. You can use this to monitor your parcel’s journey in real-time.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

For your peace of mind, we offer Cash on Delivery nationwide. Please ensure the exact amount is ready for the courier agent upon arrival. As per courier company regulations, parcels cannot be opened before payment is made. However, we offer a comprehensive 7-day Return Policy if the product does not meet your expectations after opening.

6. Safe Packaging

Watches are delicate instruments. Every Owleyes order is packed in a protective hard-shell box and bubble-wrapped to prevent any damage during transit. If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it and contact us immediately at support@owleyes.pk.
